People would've expected a huge pot roast, or maybe a complicated and interesting dish for my first dish in my new apartment, unfortunately I was short on utensils and ingredients so all I only managed to create was a salad^^
Simplicity at its best, a baby spinach salad with vine & sun dried tomatoes tossed with kalamata olives and dried cranberries drizzled with aged balsamico;p
