Well, I remembered posting bout creating a b'fast dish a while back... well I've made it, however I don't think this dish can be classified as a b'fast dish...
Why don't you guys be the judge for it^^
Its a four-minute boiled egg with tempanade crostinni served with some smoked salmon & a spicy pineapple chutney on the side^^
The runny yolk actually complements the whole dish and acts like a simple sauce to tie in all the components of the dish^^
